it has historical houses, school, general store, blacksmith shop, agricultural machinery, and artefacts related to the settlement of the region 1880-1930;
- the lovely Ukrainian-Catholic church was originally the Plankey Plains Descent of the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church;
Plankey Plains aka Woodmore is near Roseau-River Park on pth59;
- I'm impressed that this regional museum for a region settled by French-Canadians has a Ukrainian-Catholic church;
now if this ecumenical spirit could be spread to the Anglo-, Icelandic-, Menno- Canadians...
